• Eligibility: Enrollment in any course is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria specified for each course.
• Registration: To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate information, and agree to abide by these terms.
• Course Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee and completion of the registration process.

• Fee Structure: Course fees are as mentioned on our website and may be subject to change. The cost includes tuition, and access to online resources.
• Payment: Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Payment can be made through various methods provided on our website.
• Late Payment: Late payment may attract penalties and lead to denial of access to course materials.
• Caution Amount: A caution amount  is required at the time of enrollment. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Cancellation by NLT Education: We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund, excluding the caution amount, will be provided.
• Cancellation by Student:
  • Before Course Commencement: Students can cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund, minus an administrative fee of INR 1000 and the caution amount.
  • After Course Commencement: No refund will be provided once the course has started.
• Procedure for Refund: Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 45 days of receiving the request.

• Eligibility: Students may defer their enrollment to a later session up to 7 days before the course commencement date.
• Deferral Fee: A deferral fee of INR 2000 will be charged. The caution amount will be retained and applied to the new session.
• Validity: The deferral is valid for one year from the original course start date.

• Loan Partnerships: NLT Education has partnered with various financial institutions to offer educational loans to students.
• Application Process: Students interested in availing educational loans must apply directly to the partner financial institutions.
• Approval and Disbursement: Loan approval and disbursement are at the sole discretion of the financial institutions. NLT Education is not responsible for loan approval decisions.
• Repayment: Students are responsible for repaying the loan as per the terms agreed with the financial institution.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit to NLT Education, such as assignments or forum posts.
• License: By submitting content, you grant NLT Education a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for educational purposes.
• Prohibited Content: Users must not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Misuse

• Course Materials: All course materials provided by NLT Education are the intellectual property of NLT Education or its licensors. Unauthorized use or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
• Content Theft: Any theft or misuse of course content will result in immediate termination of access without refund. Legal action may be taken against the offender.
• Trademarks: The NLT Education name and logo are trademarks of NLT Education. You may not use these without prior written consent.

• Eligibility: Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including assignments and exams.
• Assessment: Students will be assessed through various methods such as quizzes, assignments, and final exams.
• Issuance: Certificates will be issued within 30 days of course completion and fulfillment of all requirements.

• Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for course enrollment and administration.
• Data Use: Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
• Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

• No Warranty: NLT Education makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the course content.
• Liability: NLT Education shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  India.
